I began my journey as a psychotherapist because I saw a need to blend western psychotherapy with non-Eurocentric healing modalities, and visa versa. I have had a passion for healing in connection with the mind/body/spirit for over a decade. My studies have recently taken me on a deep dive into relationship issues, including ethical non-monogamy, attachment and communication challenges, and existential relationship anxiety. I work well with clients who are mystically inclined or creative thinkers, although not limited to this. I help clients gain skillfulness in emotional regulation, build security/stability within themselves, navigate ethical non-monogamy, recover from trauma, improve their sex life, and foster nourishing connections.
